Crosswinds is an emerging church in Canton, MI. We are a
community of real people who are sincere in our desire to follow the attractive
example of Jesus Christ and to help people experience spiritual growth wherever
they are in their journey with God. We aren’t about “being
religious”. What we are about is real relationships… with God and
with people. We encourage people to open their hearts to God and to allow their
lives to be formed and shaped by relevant truths found in the Bible. We also
emphasize the importance of walking out our life journey in authentic and
caring relationships with other people.

Our Core Vision & Values
Even though I embraced Jesus as my Savior many years ago, I
never surrendered to his leadership of my life. I took control of my life,
satisfying my needs before all others, and made a big mess of it at the expense
of my marriage and family. When I finally gave up control of my life to God, he
brought a positive life transformation I never thought possible, filling my
life with peace and joy.

At Crosswinds you will encounter real people, relevant worship, with a fun, relaxed
and welcoming atmosphere. On Sundays you will hear practical messages from the Bible
that speak to real-life issues people face in today?s world, enjoy upbeat music
lead by our worship band, and find creative and age appropriate Children?s program
for your children. We have created a safe place for you to seek and experience God.

Gerald and Joy's hearts were broken over their inability to have children. But,
instead of shutting God out of their life, they ran into his loving arms for
support. God helped them face the pressures of infertility and grow stronger in
their relationship with each other. After several long years God demonstrated
that his delay was not his denial when they celebrated the double blessing of
TWINS!
